  • Where are you based? and What are your opening hours?
    We are a physical store located in Leeds. Our address is 277 Middleton Road, Belle Isle, LS10 3JB. Our opening hours can be found at bottom of the page along with our contact details.
  • What is the time length of your dog grooming sessions?
    The time length varies on the size of your pup, appointment times range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. All details of the grooming service are shown before the final booking of an appointment. Please refer back to your booking to see all your appointment details via your account or your confirmation email.
  • Do I have to stay with my dog? or can I drop off and pick up?
    The choice is yours - you can stay with your dog or you can drop them off and pick them up - we do have a small waiting area - and we are a one in one out grooming salon. If you choose to drop off we recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the end of your appointment to try and stop running over into another persons appointment. Please respect our rules & staff and contact us if there is going to be any delays or changes to your booking prior.
  • Is it one dog in one out?
    Yes rest assured we like to prioritise your dogs safety & wellbeing - this means we make sure that your dog is the only dog within our grooming room, there will be no cross overs and this is why we ask customers to arrive within the appointment time on arrival & collection. All our rooms are fully cleaned & sanitised before & after each appointment. We do allow multiple dogs from once household to be groomed together if specifically requested when initially booking.
  • Can I bring multiple dogs from the same household at the same time?
    Yes if we can facilitate your pups in our grooming room - we will. Please call us before booking your appointment so we can discuss the details further. LSRAWFEEDS wants to give your pup the best & most comfortable service.
  • How do I book? Whats the process?
    Simply click on the services tab - scroll down to your desired service - follow the booking steps - then contact us via WhatsApp for a small consultation about your pup. Payments are taken online prior to your appointment. Arrive at our store & be greeted by the LSRAWFEEDS team. Please note: Cancellation fees will occur if you cancel outside the stated policy time. Re-arrangements of appointments and refunds can be issued if the conditions are met and adhere to our policy.
  • Why do I need a consultation before my appointment?
    We request you to have a small telephone consultation prior to your appointment after booking so we can get to know your pup a little bit better. This will only take a few minutes and gives us the best opportunity to be able to facilitate your dogs needs.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy? Can I reschedule? Is there a fee?
    We advise our customers to try keep to the appointment time however we understand circumstances may change, we ask all customers to give us at least a 48 hour warning of cancellation & reschedules. If you need to bump up your appointment to a sooner time please ring us via our telephone number below to see if we have any free spaces available! Reschedules can be made without fee if done within the time stated in the policy. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the appointment time to receive a refund and you will receive the payment back via the method you paid with on booking upto 7 working days after. Your card is charged on booking - if a refund can not be issued your payment will be kept. Please book your appointment in advance if its for an occasion - at least a week before to avoid disappointment as we do get full & booked up pretty quickly and only have a few appointment slots per day. Please make sure to contact us as soon as you believe any changes needed to be made to your booking so we can try to best accommodate you & your dog.
  • What postcodes do you deliver to in Leeds?
    We deliver to all postcodes within Leeds, please contact us via our WhatsApp number to arrange delivery times once you have placed your order with your corresponding order number. All orders can be collected from our store in Leeds - please find our address at the bottom of the page. *Please note all food is frozen & raw!*
  • How do I arrange a time to collect my order?
    .Please contact us only via WhatsApp - our number is 07763075969. Please make sure to attach your order number to the top of the message along with your full name - so we can correctly identify your order and arrange a suitable delivery or collection time.
  • What do I do if my order is damaged?
    There is a very small possibility that your order will be damaged although we have not ever run into this issue - however in the rare instance that this may occur we ensure our customers that the LSRAWFEEDS team will solve any issue urgently. Please contact us via calling the number on the bottom of the page or contacting us via WhatsApp - please have your order number at hand.
  • What is the processing time of my order to collection?
    Once we have received your order - we start preparing your order - as long as all your items are in stock your order can be ready to collect from the next day. We will ring you to arrange your collection if your order is ready before we have received a message from you. Please contact us via our WhatsApp to arrange your collection - our store opening days & times can be found below. All collections will be made within the stores opening hours.
